Running to work

Have you heard about  Michael Arnstein? He is quite famous in the ultra-running community for recently finishing 4th in the Leadville 100 Ultra Marathon, but also because all his diet is based on raw fruits.

Obviously he’s a great athlete and more than his amazing performances (can you imagine running for 15 or 20 hours straight?) we want to enlighten his commitment to the training that made him change his lifestyle.

We picked up 2 videos for you :

  • First one is about his daily routine and how he is including his training as part of his life and not something you add on top of you already busy life.
  • The second is a lecture he gave during a festival where he explains how he ended up eating only raw fruits and running ultramarathons.
