Stay posted for more details coming soon about MoRunning 2017 including earlybird entries, inspirational news, reasons to run and the introduction of our brand new Mini MoRunners race! Keep in touch and spread the word.
To be a MoRunner means you are part of something bigger than yourself! You’re part of a community, a family, a team.
When you step up to that start line at your MoRun, look to your left, look to your right, and remember friends are all around you!
So whether there’s a MoBro with a funny moustache, or maybe a MoSista that’s painted one on, or even someone dressed up as a superhero, give them a smile, shake their hand, give them a high five and just remember we are all in it together. Run hard, run fast, have fun and enjoy being part of something special!
To you the MoRunner, we clap for you, we shout at you, we support you, maybe even laugh at you (all in good humour of course) and we praise you for your commitment to the MoRunning community and the difference you make to supporting such a great cause.

Grow it, flow it and sculpt the most aerodynamic mo you can, and get limber in some 70’s funky track threads. Mo Sista’s (ladies who support their men, or just love Mo’s) we need you too! You can draw on a Mo if you like, or just get suited up in some fancy dress and jog it out to change the face of men’s health. We look forward to seeing you for lots of fun and laughs along the way, and remember there will be prizes for craziest costume, fastest Mo, and more!
Please note you will collect race chips and race numbers at registration on the morning of the event. Your race number details will be emailed to you.

The 5k Leeds MoRun will start at 10am and the 10k Leeds MoRun will start at 10.10am and will take you around Temple Newson. We will start gathering you in to the start area at 9.50am. We will have some funky tunes played to get you in the MoRunning spirit!
There will be marshals around the course to support and encourage you.
Please note placings are based on Gun time. So if you are in it to win it aim to get to the front for the start. Gun time is from when the race starts i.e. 10am. You will also receive your net time which is your actual run time from when you cross the starting mats.
Please take care when running around the course as this is public land and local residents will be out and about. Please always stay on the left unless otherwise guided. Please note paths around the lake are narrow in sections as well as being muddy and slippery (depending on the weather) so take extra care around these sections.
Everyone will receive a very cool MoRunning medal, a headband and there are also a few trophies that are up for grabs! We will be on the look out at all MoRuns for legends of MoRunning, whether it’s best dressed, best Mo, best effort and more.
You will be able to check out your instant race results.
Drinks and snacks will be available at the finish line.
We are proud to support Men's Health, Movember and related charities. Through your participation we are able to raise awareness and fundraising for these incredible causes, so a huge thank you goes out to you!
Please note the run route is around the grounds of Temple Newsam and most of the course is off road so we recommend wearing trail running shoes as it can get muddy at this time of year! Other than that it's a great run! The 5k is one lap and the 10k is two laps.Download PDF
